Among other achievements, she participated in the school’s prestigious Civil Rights Clinic for two years where she represented clients in civil rights and prisoner rights cases. Ciara graduated with the Public Good Distinction capstone and was awarded the Student Attorney of the Year Award for her advocacy for her clients in the Civil Rights Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ciara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. While earning her B.A., Ciara also worked closely with her community as a volunteer for several non-profit organizations.
