PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Cat is Of Counsel with Rathod Mohamedb­hai LLC. She is an attorney with significant public policy and litigation experience focused on protecting the civil rights of all Coloradans. Cat is the Policy Director for Protect Ethical Prosecutors, a non-profit focused on raising public awareness of prosecutorial misconduct and reforming the laws to hold prosecutors accountable for their misconduct. In her previous role, Cat served as policy counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado, where she worked on a variety of civil rights and criminal legal issues at the intersection of law and policy. Prior to the ACLU, Cat worked as a civil rights attorney, workers’ rights attorney, and judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christine Arguello on the United States District Court of the District of Colorado. Cat graduated from Harvard Law School in 2018. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
