Qusair graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law, Laramie, Wyoming in 2003.  He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta in 2000.  Qusair is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming, the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
