Suspended DPD officer has long history of excessive force accusations

The Denver Police Officer suspended 30 days for pushing a bar patron down a set of stairs last July has been accused of unreasonable force 18 times since 2004.

Officer Choice Johnson was cleared in every case until the last one, which was captured by a city HALO camera. FOX31 Denver’s Rob Low spoke to the victim of the July case and two other accusers, who tell similar stories about Officer Johnson in the video report below.
