About Early Jackson:
On the morning of January 29, 2022, Mr. Early Jackson sought refuge from the January cold and stepped into the lobby of a luxury apartment building. The two concierges told him he could sit and warm up in the lobby for a few moments. However, within minutes of being seated, the concierge, while holding a gun, forcibly flipped him over in his chair and dragged him across the lobby floor before throwing him onto the sidewalk. As Mr. Jackson lay on the sidewalk, one of the concierges kicked Mr. Jackson, leaving him with severe injuries.
The original security camera videos were deleted and the only videos that remain were captured by the Denver Police Department’s body cameras.
On November 21, 2024, a jury awarded Mr. Jackson a verdict in excess of $1 Million.
