Benjamin is an attorney at Rathod | Mohamedbhai LLC. His practice includes civil rights, employment discrimination, and whistleblower litigation. Before joining Rathod Mohamedbhai, Ben clerked on the Supreme Court of Alaska for the Honorable Daniel E. Winfree.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Benjamin graduated from Stanford Law School in June 2019. At Stanford, Ben was Articles Editor on the Stanford Law Review and Managing Editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights & Civil Liberties. Benjamin also volunteered with the Stanford Advocates for Immigrants’ Rights, a student group dedicated to promoting and defending the interests of all immigrants living in the United States, and he represented California farmworkers as a Student Attorney with the Stanford Environmental Law Clinic.
Before law school, Benjamin spent three years as a Policy Strategist at Google, where he worked to develop product solutions to combat child predatory behavior and protect Google’s most vulnerable users. Benjamin also spent two years as a research assistant at the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies at UC Hastings School of Law, a research and litigation clinic devoted to protecting the rights of refugees. Benjamin received his B.A. from Swarthmore College in Philosophy and Political Science, with High Honors.
